Audience Response Electronic Polling

Event Technologies, Inc.offers the industry standard RF and Fleetwood Systems. These system are designed to answer questions
with numeric and/or multiple choice responses (such as during
interactive meeting, training, survey, auditing/assessment,
game show, and market research activities). Your response
choices are A-E, 1-10, Yes/No, True/False. Our software allows
for different types of charts: pie, cylinder, horizontal
and vertical bars. We also can use pictures as bar fills.
In addition you can write demographic questions in your presentation.
This can be a powerful tool in understanding why your audience
feels the way they do, on a given issue. For example, if
you were to ask the group how important "on-site" child
care is you might find that overall, the group is neutral.
However, if we then filter the results based on gender, you
might find a difference in the way each gender group voted.
You can also design questions for priority ranking. A priority
question allows you to prioritize a list of up to ten items
(i.e., ideas, issues, actions) and to then display a rank
ordered list. The audience would answer the same question
three times. Response items are ranked based on points achieved
in each round of voting.
